For banks

A concept we're exploring

We are exploring the idea of a compliance and monitoring dashboard built on the same public Consumer Financial Protection Bureau complaint data that powers AllBankComplaints.com. The concept would give a bank or fintech's own team direct visibility into its CFPB complaint trend line, including volume versus historical baseline, top issues, and product breakdowns. Offered as a potential subscription product, it would provide this analysis ready-made instead of requiring an institution to build and maintain equivalent analysis in-house. This is an idea under consideration only, not a live or purchasable product at this time.

Why it might be useful

Compliance and customer-experience teams at financial institutions already have access to their own CFPB complaint data, since the underlying records are public. What many teams lack is practical tooling to track those complaints as trends over time, rather than as one-off counts or individual case reviews. In particular, benchmarking current volume against an institution's own historical baseline and breaking complaints down by issue and product can be difficult to maintain internally. This site already applies that kind of baseline and breakdown approach for public company-level rankings — see any leaderboard entry's own page for an example — and a future dashboard would extend the same approach for internal monitoring use.

This concept is not yet available as a product, and there is no timeline for availability. There is currently no signup, contact form, purchase flow, or dedicated point of contact for it on this site — no email address, phone number, or company name to reach out to yet. Anyone interested should check back as the project develops to see whether this concept moves forward.
